Troutman records pair of fourth-place finishes in Outlaw's first-ever visit to Hendry County
Closing the World of Outlaws Late Model Series portion of 2026 Speedweeks, Drake Troutman took the G.R. Smith Motorsports team even further into Florida for a trip to Hendry County Motorsports Park (Clewiston, Fla.).
With 27 Super Late Models on site, Troutman laid down the quickest lap in qualifying, won his heat race, and redrew the pole for the $12,000 opener. Drake led the first seven circuits of the 40-lapper before fading to fourth when the checkered flag flew.
Troutman had to mount a charge in Saturday's $20,000 finale as he went from 12th-to-4th for another Top-5 finish. He trailed Nick Hoffman, Bobby Pierce, and Ryan Gustin while Ethan Dotson completed the Top-5.
Drake currently sits fifth in the WoO point standings.
